I’m a trained chef who has cooked all over the world keeping the uber-rich well fed on their super yachts. Now back on dry land, nothing makes me happier than sharing my love of cooking and food with others. I teach a huge range of cookery courses at Denham College, I’ve given cooking demonstrations for Countryfile and Adidas, developed new products for Modern Baker and Onist, and write regular recipes for WI Life Magazine. When it comes to style I’m a bit of a utility knife – you tend to have to do it all on boats! – but as a qualified personal trainer I’m often asked about health, free-from, fermentation and plant-based cooking which have become something of a specialist subject for me.
