
From private talks on fermentation for Soho Farmhouse, teaching the ladies of Adidas Women’s Studio to grow their own Scobies, and giving Brian Turner his first taste of fermented tomato live on stage at BBC Countryfile, I absolutely love demonstrating ideas, techniques and dishes to crowds. I’ve covered subjects as diverse as vegan and gluten free baking, coping with vegetable gluts, make-ahead canapés, knife skills and fish butchery. However big or small the audience I can cook up fun, engaging presentations that inspire and impart knowledge.
