
As well as public and private demonstrations I host a variety of pop-up brunches and dinners. This year I have worked alongside Oxfordshire’s Modern Baker, a fantastic organic sourdough bakery, to create menus that showcase their superb breads and baked goods as well as promote their ethos and knowledge of gut-healthy foods. I have cooked several five-course meals in Soho Farmhouse's Cook House for their members and brunches for yoga and exercise studios across Oxfordshire.
